The SAN Hospital is doing a run for life fundraiser for the Cancer Centre on Sunday Nov 18th and I just couldn't pass up this opportunity. The team of Doctors and Nurses at the SAN have been caring for Darren for the past year and are about to embark on another set of treatment. What they do is absolutely incredible and we can't thank them enough, not only for their dedication but also their kindness. They really are a special breed!

 

There is absolutely no pressure at all and Daz doesn't want any fuss made about him but we would love to make a contribution back to the Centre and if you would like to help us do that we would love your support. 

 

The San is dedicated to meeting the challenges of cancer through the new San Integrated Cancer Centre, as part of the hospital’s $240m major redevelopment. San Foundation is seeking support from the community to raise the remaining $7m to complete the $20m San Integrated Cancer Centre. Darren was one of the first to use a brand new radiation machine that is only one of two in Australia and had amazing results and less side effects.
